Austin's 30th Birthday

Austin turned 30 on August 19th.  We celebrated with a fiesta.  Ay carumba!  Having a fiesta on a Wednesday night was painful the next day but it was worth it.

Natalia's Bachelorette Party

We headed downtown for Natalia's bachelorette party. The whole night was a blast. I can't wait for their wedding in Mexico this December. As for the fireman costume Natalia is wearing... don't ask.

Tis the Season for Ugly Sweaters

John had an ugly sweater & mustache party to celebrate the holiday season. Leah and I headed to the thrift store for some lovely sweaters to wear but we chose to skip the mustaches.

We started the evening with a game of poker. I'll raise you two candy canes & one ornament!

What good is a house party if you don't play flip-cup!

We had a festive Halloween party at our house this weekend. The theme was doctors & nurses. It was such a fun night!

In the picture above some folks dressed as the two characters from the movie Blades of Glory. It cracked me up, especially when they were doing their iceskating moves.

More Halloween

Lizzy was writing prescriptions for everyone all night, it was hilarious! Noah is on the very left, he was the patient (he got hit by a car while out for a run). I woke up the next morning and found a prescription for "1 Rockies Win (refill 4 times)" I don't know who wrote it though, their doctor signature was illegible. Too bad the Rockies lost the world series, oh well, it was exciting that they made it in the first place. Then there's a picture of me kissing my pet snake. And the last picture is of Megan & Dan, they were so much fun. Thank you everyone for coming!
